Comments: Assay Overview: The purpose of this biochemical assay is to determine dose response curves of compounds identified as active in a set of previous experiments entitled, "Fluorescence polarization-based biochemical primary high throughput screening assay to identify activators of the Protein Kinase A-R1A (PKA-R1A) complex" (AID 504707) and that confirmed activity in a set of experiments entitled, "Fluorescence polarization-based biochemical high throughput confirmation assay for activators of the Protein Kinase A-R1A (PKA-R1A) complex" (AID 504800) and that were inactive in a set of experiments entitled, "Counterscreen for activators of the Protein Kinase A-R1A (PKA-R1A) complex: fluorescence polarization-based biochemical high throughput screening assay to identify fluorescence polarization assay artifacts" (AID 504799). This fluorescent polarization-based assay monitors activation of PKA holoenzyme (10) to determine the ability of compounds to induce the dissociation of the PKA-R1A
